Solidify keeps growing and with growth, a bigger need for managing daily operations. We are therefore more than happy to welcome Malin Ågren to the Solidify Stockholm team, where she will act as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Malin has experience in everything from strategic planning to project management and coaching. With great leadership and communication skills, she is a perfect fit for the role as COO and her strong sense of quality and productivity will be a great addition to the team.

She's recently worked at establishing a Center of Excellence within Länsförsäkringar, where she strived towards improvements in areas such as continuous development, agile and process development.

Why did you choose Solidify?

I strongly believe in quality as key to achieve higher speed as well as lower cost and to me Solidify over the years has always been associated with delivering the right quality to their clients. I am looking forward to being part of that. Also I am quite passionate about ways of working and the principles grounding both agile and lean movements.

What will be your main tasks at the company?

*I will likely work on several different areas, but examples include: *

• Personnel responsibility for consultants in the Stockholm office
• Work within sales and resource allocation regarding consultants
• Helping with internal support processes such as budget setting and financial follow-ups
• Consultation within the IT area, mainly through assessments, coaching and transformational management
• Internal process and service development

What are you most looking forward to in your new role?

Starting to get to know everyone in company as well as clients and partners and to contribute to developing Solidify going forward.
