Agile Coach

With more and more companies adapting present-day technologies such as continuous integration and delivery, working with agile methodologies becomes increasingly important. You simply don't have time to stay behind for long.

The agile coach is brought in to help guide a team and improve on existing workways. You will identify bottlenecks, work to remove obstacles and in general help the team work as efficiently as possible.

    Working with companies and teams going through various transformations, change management is a must.

About the position

We are looking for someone with experience and knowledge of agile and/or Scrum, preferably with a background in software development. You have a passion for efficiency in the workplace and stay up to date with the newest ideas and methodologies. In addition, you are interested in leadership and communication and are comfortable with adapting to customer needs.

The position is as much about facilitating change through encouragement and teaching as it is about choosing the right toolset and processes. You need to be confident and enable team members to seek solutions on their own. 

More specifically, you have experience and are proficient at the following:

  • Working with agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Kanban
  • SAFe
  • Working with cross-functional teams within different areas such as development, maintenance, etc

Other beneficial experience includes:

  • Continuous delivery
  • DevOps
  • Microsoft development tools
    • VSTS/TFS
  • .NET/.NET Core

You will have heaps of knowledge and experience in the form of your colleagues at close distance. Many of our colleagues continuously provide teams with guidance, and we work hard to share knowledge internally.
